Our Services

  • All-on-4® Dental Implants

All-on-4 dental implants are a revolutionary approach to solving complete tooth loss. By simply placing four to six dental implants into your jaw in areas with the most bone, we are able to attach a complete arch of new teeth. When you are looking for a minimally invasive solution for missing teeth, All-on-4 dental implants may be right for you.

This arch of teeth will be permanently attached and provide you with a strong, stable bite, and a beautiful new smile. Traditional denture wearers who have undergone this treatment have stated that their quality of life has improved drastically. This treatment has high patient satisfaction, as well as comfort. Those with no remaining teeth, failing teeth or who are unhappy with their dentures may be candidates for All-on-4. Contact us today in Dallas, TX and schedule your consultation to find out if you are a candidate for All-on-4 dental implants.

  • Dental Implants

Considered the gold standard of tooth replacement, dental implants mimic the function and appearance of natural teeth. Because dental implants are permanently fixed, there is no embarrassing removable appliance. Unlike dental bridges, dental implants do not develop tooth decay, and are easier to clean through brushing and flossing. Another added benefit of implants, is not having to compromise adjacent teeth in order to replace missing teeth. Over time when teeth are missing, jaw bone deteriorates. Dental implants maintain the health of your jaw bone, and facial structures.

Composed of a titanium post inserted into the jaw bone, a lifelike dental crown and an abutment to attach the two, dental implants will allow you to eat and interact with others confidently. With proper oral care, your dental implants can last you the rest of your life.

To be considered a candidate for dental implants, a thorough oral examination by our periodontist in Dallas, TX. Contact us today.

  • Chao Pinhole® Surgical Technique (PST™)

Gum recession is a common concern for many people and involves the gum tissue pulling away from the teeth, exposing the sensitive tooth roots. If gum recession is left untreated, tooth decay can develop along the root of the tooth. Pinhole Surgical Technique allows our doctors to treat gum recession in a minimally invasive way. We will make a pinhole in your gums and using a small instrument, gently reposition the gums back down around the teeth. This process is gentle and involves no scalpels or sutures as well as causing minimal bleeding. Patients typically can return to their normal routines right after treatment. Additional benefits of Pinhole Surgical Technique include long-last and natural looking results, and quicker healing. Contact our periodontist today to schedule a consult for Pinhole Surgical Technique in Dallas, TX.

  • Gum Disease

Around half of all Americans suffer from some form of gum disease, and it is the primary cause of tooth loss in adults. Symptoms may include bleeding gums, mobile or loose teeth, bad breath, receding gum lines, and red or swollen gums. As a periodontist, we are trained and experienced at identifying and treating gum disease in patients. In order to diagnose gum disease, Dr. Gandhi will take measurements of your gum tissues, as well as dental x-rays. If caught early enough, gum disease can be cured, but if the disease is left to progress, it cannot be cured and only maintained with routine care. In addition, the bacteria that causes gum disease has systemic risk, such as diabetes, and heart disease. With our experienced care, we can eliminate gum disease and keep your mouth healthy.
